The SC EPSCoR Program, joined by SC NASA EPSCoR, invites speakers and poster presenters to submit abstracts for presentation at the 2023 SC EPSCoR State Conference. This one-day conference is intended for faculty, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, undergraduate students, and STEM professionals. The conference presentations this year will build on the themes of the last five years, promoting collaboration among South Carolina colleges and universities.
Call for Oral and Poster Presentation Abstracts
Abstracts for oral presentation or poster presentation on any of the topics listed below should be submitted according to the abstract format. Oral and poster presentations may be submitted by undergraduate students, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, faculty, and STEM professionals. Students must provide their research mentor contact information.
Conference Topics. Abstracts that address topics related to the following are encouraged:
- Vision 2030:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Machine Learning
- Data Science
- Advanced Materials
- Precision Biology
- Systems Engineering
- Innovative Technology Deployment
- STEM Education, Outreach, and Diversity (EOD)

Abstract Submission & Deadline
The deadline for abstract submissions is Monday, January 30, 2023. By submitting an abstract you acknowledge that all coauthors have been notified and agree to the submission of the abstract. It is anticipated that abstract proposers will be notified of the status of their abstracts no later than Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
