Kelli Wukela

Kelli Wukela, SC EPSCoR’s Administrative Coordinator, joined the team in June 2026. She attended Francis Marion University to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology and participated in the University of SC Honors College Washington Semester Fellows Program, where she interned in the office of Congressman Jim Clyburn. After graduating, Kelli began work with the Bureau of Radiological Health, completing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission training course catalog for radioactive materials safety. She applied those skills in regulatory inspection until, as her family grew, she stepped back from nuclear materials compliance work. Over the next decade Kelli committed much of her time to non-profits, serving in various leadership positions in several Columbia-area organizations.
